By installing and using the TabQuest browser extension ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. TabQuest is an open-source project and is provided to you free of charge.

TabQuest is licensed under the **MIT License**. You are free to:

3. Data Responsibility

TabQuest operates on a **Local-First** architecture. This means your data is stored exclusively on your device.

Important Disclaimer:

Since we do not store your data on our servers, we cannot recover lost data for you. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from browser cache clearing, extension uninstallation, or device failure.

4. Service Availability

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the lead developers reside, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
